Why We Exist

At a previous organization, we used early forms of proposal automation to close a Fortune 10 company, and their feedback stayed with us: "Your sales content was perfect every time, and you delivered it faster than any of your competitors. That experience told us everything we needed to know about what it was going to be like to work with the rest of your team."

The lesson was this: companies often make buying decisions not based on what is in your sales content, but on how you show up with it.

The win made us realize that every buyer should receive that caliber of experience. But even with the limited automation we had built, that level of attention was not scalable. Not every deal could get the same all-hands effort.

Behind the scenes, the reality of showing up and "wowing" that Fortune 10 company was complicated. The initial proposal was generated instantly, but the output still needed refinement from people across the organization. Operations, services, support, and subject matter experts all weighed in based on their understanding of what would eventually need to be delivered. Because this was such a high-profile prospect, everyone was willing to jump in, stay late, and make sure the proposal was perfect. And we won the deal.
